No Foolin’

April is near and this is not a fools’ joke! My last post was in November, 2022 and I have been quietly waiting, and waiting. Several vacation periods have passed since taking up full time work again, but machines have not been ready.

April will be a fast month, so don’t blink!

I will begin production in April 2023!

I hope to begin sales in April 2023! At the latest, we will debut our new product at the Fibershed’s Nature Die Farmer’s Market event on May 7th in Pt. Reyes.

So, you ask, what evidence might I have that it is really, really, going to happen? after a year of saying next month? I know. Really.

I am currently on my spring break, and a variety of circumstances resulted in our canceling the original travel plans. But the super great news is that I am now free to travel to Indiana, to Buskirk engineering, to see, feel, and experience wool pellet making processes with the engineers! Watch for photos and posts!

• Week of April 10- hope for electrical hook up?

  • Obtain CA Dept of Food and Ag label approval for Specialty Fertilizer

• Week of April 17th-Trademark process completed for Gardener’s Gold.

• Week of April 24— produce, produce, produce!! Print labels, assemble boxes, package, weigh, make production happen!
